Horton Interiors, a leading Dubai-based design and build company, has announced the appointment of Abdelmouamine Bougandoura as its new Managing Director. Bougandoura, who previously served as the firm’s Operations Director, has been instrumental in ensuring that projects were delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
